Native Plant Study Group

Meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of each month, September through May (no meeting in December).

Where: McLauren Building, U-Vic
Time: 7:00 - 9:00 pm
Regular activities in this group include:
- field trips to regional parks & gardens
-monthly newsletter
-participation in symposiums, fairs, shows and conferences
-rescuing/salvaging native plants from construction sites
-representation on committees relating to native plants
Annual membership is $15, Drop in fee is $2

Hardy Plant Group's Elizabeth England Lecture

Tickets are available at all Dig This locations and at Cadboro Bay Books for $15. John Grimshaw will give the Hardy Plant Group's Elizabeth England Lecture this year.  It will be titled 'My Kind of Plants'.  He is a specialist on snowdrops, South African plants and has a new book out about trees.
